Formech RP1200 Roller Press

Roller presses use a cutting die to provide clean, consistent die-cut parts to separate the finished vacuum formed part from the waste material. They are often used for die-cutting blisters and clam packs.

The RP700 is extremely simple to use and does not require skilled labour - simply feed the die into the rollers. Both the top and bottom rollers are powered by a motor for a more precise cut.

The machine has a cutting width of 1200mm and a maximum distance of 210mm between the rollers, and can cut materials up to 2mm thick.

Formech Roller Presses have been designed and manufactured in accordance with EU safety directives and conform to accident prevention regulations to protect the operator. This includes a safety bar that prevents operation when pressed.
