Formech 1500 vacuum former
The large sheet format 1500 is particularly well suited to automotive and aerospace R&D, sign and display applications, and film & theatre set design.
Electric heater drive, pneumatic table and clamping provides effortless operation, whilst the vacuum tank system fitted as standard facilitates ultra-fast response for demanding applications and fast cycle times.
Designed to use sheet sizes of 1500 x 1000mm, Formech’s 1500 allows the flexibility of a more hands-on approach with a larger forming area versus more costly and fully-guarded automatic machines.
Formech Cycle View (FCV) with multi-programme memory and 7" touchscreen
Machine cycle status is clearly visible at a glance and all parameters can be adjusted in real time without interrupting the current cycle.
Multi-user pin access control
The machine supervisor can choose and determine a level of access for different operators.
Electric heater drive
Powered drive and return of the quartz heater unit, reducing operator fatigue and decreasing cycle time.

- 3/4" BSP Regulator (3/4” BSP - 19mm Barb Elbow included)
- Approx. 5m flying lead, with exposed conductor wires to connect to mains power box
