Formech RP700 Roller Press

Roller presses use a cutting die to provide clean, consistent die-cut parts to separate the finished vacuum formed part from the waste material. They are often used for die-cutting blisters and clam packs.

The RP700 is extremely simple to use and does not require skilled labour - simply feed the die into the rollers. The bottom roller is powered by a motor for a more precise cut.

The machine has a cutting width of 700mm with a maximum distance of 177mm between the rollers, and can cut materials up to 2mm thick.

Formech Roller Presses have been designed and manufactured in accordance with EU safety directives and conform to accident prevention regulations to protect the operator. This includes a safety bar that prevents operation when pressed.
