Formech FLB1000 line bender

The FLB1000 line bender enables users to form an accurate bend in a sheet of plastic up to 1000mm wide.

Using an Incoloy heating element, which are known for strength at high temperatures, the FLB1000 features a built-in timer for precise and repeatable production runs, as well as an adjustable heating gap, allowing for more precise bends. A printed measurement grid helps ensure correct alignment, whilst a guard protects users from the heating process and securely clamps the plastic sheet.

The FLB1000 comes with a 1000mm cooling jig, which features a fully adjustable 180° range designed to maintain the desired angle of the heated bent plastic whilst cooling.

Optional extras include an adjustable fence to ensure exact positioning of the sheet each time and additional cooling jigs sold separately.
