Roller presses use a cutting die to provide clean, consistent die-cut parts to separate the finished vacuum formed part from the waste material. They are often used for die-cutting blisters and clam packs.

Easy operation
The RP700 is extremely simple to use and does not require skilled labour - simply feed the die into the rollers. The bottom roller is powered by a motor for a more precise cut. The machine has a cutting width of 700mm with a maximum distance of 177mm between the rollers, and can cut materials up to 2mm thick.

Safety first
Formech Roller Presses have been designed and manufactured in accordance with EU safety directives and conform to accident prevention regulations to protect the operator. This includes a safety bar that prevents operation when pressed.

2. All purchases during the Clearance Sale must be made exclusively through the Formech Website. Orders will not be accepted via telephone, email, or any other method.
3. These terms and conditions are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your purchase. In the event of a conflict between these Clearance Sale terms and our standard terms, these terms shall prevail.

Stock Availability

1. All items in the Clearance Sale are sold on a "first come, first served" basis. Stock quantities are limited and may be subject to rapid sell-out.
2. The inclusion of an item in your online shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee its availability at the time of completing your order. An order is only confirmed once you have received an official order confirmation email from us.
3. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order but before it has been dispatched, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We will cancel the order for the unavailable item and provide you with a full refund for that item. We will not be liable for any other loss or damage arising from the unavailability of stock.
