Formech HD1000 vacuum former

The HD1000 offers a large forming area for demanding and/or large items, but makes full use of its semi-automated features to ease operation.

With a range of high-end features as standard, such as the pneumatic clamping, table, heater drive with quartz elements, cooling system, vacuum tank, safety light curtain, and remote connectivity, the HD1000 is a popular choice for production lines across the world.

Its extensive range of options includes a double heater system, with heating elements above and below the sheet.

Designed for a sheet size of 1000x1000mm, the HD1000 has a maximum draw depth of 600mm and a maximum material thickness of 6mm.

Sensor to provide accurate sheet temperature feedback and initiate mould release upon reaching target temperature.
