Formech HD1000c-T vacuum former

Heating control is brought to the fore in the HD1000c-T, with top and bottom heating for maximum functionality.

Designed for sheets up to 1000x600mm, the machine has a maximum draw depth of 500mm and a maximum material thickness of 10mm – providing extensive flexibility for materials and usage.

The HD1000c-T comes with high-end features as standard, such as Formech Cycle View, compact footprint, top and bottom heaters, heating pyrometer, digital flow control valves, cooling fans, safety light curtain, multi-user pin access control, and an extensive range of options.

16 top & 16 bottom independently controllable heating zones
Provide rapid heat response with a greater range of control above and below the sheet to form challenging shapes and materials

Multi-user pin access control
The machine supervisor can choose and determine a level of access for the different operators.

Twin cooling fans
Used to quickly cool formed material and shorten cycles time.
