The most advanced of the HD range, the double-heater HD1500-T is the most cost-effective, highly adaptable machine on the market.

Capable of autonomously forming sheets of up to 1500x1000mm, with a maximum draw depth of 600mm and material thickness of 10mm, the HD1500-T is the largest Formech vacuum forming machine, with the largest forming area, and offers industrial, manufacturing and production customers the most thermoforming capability and flexibility.

The HD1500-T comes with high-end features as standard such as the pneumatic clamping, table, a double heater drive with quartz elements, cooling system, vacuum tank, safety light curtain, remote connectivity, digitally-controlled flow valves, and an extensive range of options.

30 top & 18 bottom independently controllable heating zones
Rapid heat response with a greater range of control above and below the sheet to form challenging shapes and materials.

Plug Assist including digitally controlled flow valve
Pneumatically powered Plug Assist forces the heated material into the tool cavities to increase the thickness of material at the bottom of the cavities.

Cooling pyrometer
Sensor to provide accurate sheet temperature feedback and initiate mould release upon reaching target temperature.
