Formech HD686 vacuum former

The HD686 is perfect for semi-automated production lines for small to mid-size items, offering an alternative sized sheet to the HD750.

The machine comes with high-end features as standard, such as the pneumatic clamping, table, and heater drive with quartz elements, cooling system, vacuum tank, safety light curtain, and remote connectivity, and an extensive range of options.

Designed for a sheet size of 686x600mm, the HD686 has a maximum draw depth of 350mm and a maximum material thickness of 6mm.

Pneumatically powered hinged clamping frame
A pneumatically powered clamping system that provides powerful and effortless control.

Pneumatic heater drive
Heavy duty pneumatically-powered heater travel provides precise and rapid heater deployment, whilst a braking system prevents element damage.

Digitally controlled flow valve
The digitally controlled flow valve allows the user to set the flow more accurately.

What's included?

A table mesh
12mm push-in tube fitting on machine (connected to 1/2" BSP regulator)
3m x 12mm air connection pipe with 12mm push-in to 1/2" BSPT fitting
Approx. 5m flying lead, with exposed conductor wires to connect to mains power box
